USER AGREEMENT (PUBLIC OFFER)

This Agreement defines the rules for using our website, placing orders, and interacting between you (the Buyer) and us — Sole Proprietor Oleksandr Manchenko (brand ABDS WOOD GAME).

1. General Provisions

1.1. This Agreement is a public offer in accordance with Articles 633 and 641 of the Civil Code of Ukraine.

1.2. By using the website https://abdswood.games, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.

1.3. The Seller is Sole Proprietor Oleksandr Manchenko, taxpayer code 3084513932.

2. Terms and Definitions

Seller (We) — Sole Proprietor Oleksandr Manchenko, owner of the ABDS WOOD GAME brand.
Buyer (You) — any individual or legal entity placing an order on the website.
Product — any wooden game, toy, or souvenir item presented on the website.
Order — a duly completed request by the Buyer to purchase a Product.

3. Subject of the Agreement

3.1. The Seller agrees to transfer ownership of the Product to the Buyer, and the Buyer agrees to accept and pay for it in accordance with the terms listed on the website.

3.2. Each item is made in accordance with the technical specifications described in the product card or the individual preferences provided by the Buyer for custom orders.

4. Order Placement

4.1. Orders can be placed via the website, email, or messaging apps listed in the “Contacts” section.

4.2. After placing an order, the Seller confirms it by email or phone.

4.3. For personalized or custom-made products, production times may vary and are agreed upon individually.

5. Payment

5.1. Payments are accepted via WayForPay, Novopay, or direct bank transfer to the Sole Proprietor’s account.

5.2. Orders are processed after payment confirmation.

5.3. All transactions are carried out in Ukrainian Hryvnia (UAH) according to Ukrainian legislation.

6. Rights and Obligations of the Parties

The Buyer has the right to:

receive accurate information about the product;
make payment and receive the order in proper quality;
request a refund or replacement in case of manufacturing defect.

The Seller has the right to:

update prices, descriptions, and availability of products;
decline or cancel an order if provided information is incomplete or incorrect;
refuse service in case of payment violations or suspected fraud.

7. Liability

7.1. The Seller is not responsible for delays or damages caused by third-party delivery services.

7.2. The Buyer is responsible for providing correct contact and shipping details.

7.3. Any disputes shall be resolved through negotiation, and if not resolved, through the courts of Ukraine in accordance with Ukrainian law.

8. Personal Data Protection

We respect your right to privacy.

All personal information provided during the ordering process is processed in accordance with the ABDS WOOD GAME Privacy Policy and will not be shared with third parties without your consent.
