1. Payment Methods

To make your order simple and convenient, we accept several payment options:

  • Online Payment via WayForPay or Novopay — fast and secure Visa/MasterCard payment. 
  • All payments are processed in Ukrainian Hryvnia (UAH) in accordance with the legislation of Ukraine. 

2. Payment Security

We never store your card details.

All online payments are processed through secure gateways provided by our partners (WayForPay, Novopay).

You’ll receive an email confirmation immediately after successful payment.

3. Order Confirmation

Once your payment is complete, you will receive:

  • a confirmation email or message with your order details; 
  • a shipping notification with tracking number once your order is ready to dispatch. 

4. Refunds and Exchanges

We truly want you to love your purchase.

If we make a mistake or a product arrives with a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order — we’ll offer:

  • a replacement item, or 
  • a full refund once the defect is confirmed. 

📦 Important:

Custom-made or personalized items (engraving, logo, custom design) cannot be returned or refunded, except in cases of confirmed manufacturing defects.

5. Return Procedure

  1. Email us at abdswoodgame@gmail.com or message us directly with your order number. 
  2. Include photos or a short description of the issue. 
  3. After we review your request, we’ll provide return or exchange instructions. 

6. Refund Processing Time

After we receive and verify the returned product, we’ll process your refund to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

7. Restrictions

ABDS WOOD GAME does not accept or process payments from individuals or companies located or registered in russia or belarus.

We operate entirely under Ukrainian law and proudly support our country in all aspects of our business.
